We LOVE cats.
Living in Dubai for 15+ years there were A LOT of stray cats. Working with other cat-lovers we rescued over 50 cats, some staying with us and some going on to new homes. And everyone of them got a name. Most got named after food. We currently have Pepper, Prosecco, Hershey, Cookie, Pumpkin, Sesame, Praline and Alfalfa.
We also worked with local vets to do TNR - Trap, Neuter, Release - of male and female cats throughout Dubai. Through this we found so many lovely cats and helped many more who were suffering with various medical issues.
This picture is Prosecco in one of her custom-made cat teepees. Prosecco was found in Sharjah hiding next to several dead cats. She now lives in a warm house, lots of food and cuddles whenever she wants. The teepees were a big hit in Dubai and went a long, long way to funding our addiction to helping cats. Enjoy!
