L=Libya (look for these names: Velika Socijalistička Narodna Libijska Arapska Džamahirija, Država Libija)
C=Croatia (look for the name Republika Hrvatska)
A=Austria (look for Republika Austrija)
S=Serbia and Montenegro (look for the name Srbija i Crna Gora. Dont look for plates of Montenegro and Serbia as separate countries, but the plates of the former state of Serbia and Montenegro)
