Geocache Description:

You can drive to within a few feet of this cache. It is NOT ACCESSIBLE from 219.

The Buffalo Creek Bridge is located on a recently completed section of route 219. It is 1,100 feet long and is over 220 feet high. It cost 18.9 million dollars to build. Because of the height and length, it presented many challenges during construction. Such as needing to bring in extra large cranes. Check out the pictures in the gallery. It is quite impressive looking up at it from the cache location.

I am placing this cache in memory of my Uncle Harold and Aunt Betty who lived close to here and both recently passed away within a month of each other. They and their family meant and mean the world to me.

Congrats to LT Silverfox on the FTF!
