A set of 4 caches (The Traditional, The Multi, The Puzzle and The Wherigo) which we are making available to all members, placed to help and encourage those who are new to our wonderful hobby. Unfortunately only The Traditional is available to basic members but if you are a basic member why not try a month’s free premium membership to see if its for you!
To find a Multi-Cache two or more locations are involved. Often you begin by visiting the listed coordinates to find some information that will take you to the next stage. For more information take a look at https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2015/06/how-to-find-a-multi-cache/
There is rarely a container to be found at the first stage but there will always be one to be found when you navigate to the final location and that is the one that will contain the log sheet you must sign in order to claim a find.
As with traditional caches don’t forget to check the D/T rating and the container size.
This one is a 1.5 difficulty. At the listed coordinates you will find a Postbox. At the postbox make a note of the following information
A= The hour of the later collection from Ossett post Office Monday to Friday
B= The hour of the collection on Saturdays
The final coordinates are
N53 A0.1B0 W001 35.310
Enter the new location into your GPS (or if you are using your phone add a waypoint) and off you go!
Here’s a little tip, sometimes you can find the information for the first stage online but don’t miss out by doing that if it is taking you to an interesting location! This one isn’t, it is just demonstrating an easy multi.
Good luck and happy caching!
