Open Spaces Gatekeeper Traditional Cache

The Oxford Dictionary defines a gatekeeper as -"a person or thing that controls access to something."  

The "gatekeeper" pole which is holding up the gate, was once used to keep people away from the gravel operation that was in use here before the Ottawa County Parks Department purchased this property

This is the third geocache that I have placed in this newest aquisition of the Ottawa County Parks.  The property was acquired last October as part of their goal to provide opportunities for everyone to get out and explore the beautiful parks and open spaces available in Ottawa County. So, make sure you come out and enjoy the wildlife, the birds, and the fishing, along with just relaxing as you hike or bike here.
