Geocache Description:


Just a quarter mile away, is a sign reminding to "Please Drive Safely: In Memory of Rene Blaume".

Rene, 54, was driving on a motorized scooter on the night of July 16th, 2010.  She was struck by a car that made a left hand turn in front of her.  May this be a reminder as we geocache to always be aware of our surroundings as we search and navigate to our destination.
