Surprisingly, there still remain a few cemeteries in Eastern Ontario that are not hosts to geocaches. Until now, this was one of them! I was fortunate to receive a tip from Steigs101 about this one recently. (Thanks!) As happens so often out in the country, there are homes that are up to century old in the area mixed with recently built homes.The residents of those homes may come and go, but the ones who have passed away have made this spot their forever home.
I couldn't find much of a history regarding this cemetery, other than sometimes it's called "Epworth United Cemetery". If anyone has any information, please feel post it in your log. The latest burials appear to have taken place for two folks who passed away in 2014. They are memorialized by ground plaques as opposed to a traditional upright grave marker.
