The first geocache we ever found was located here in Mape Memorial Park. It's long gone, but this nice little open space deserves to have one which is why we placed this cache here.
After you've found the cache, you might want to stay a while and enjoy the park. There is a brand new playground for kids, a volleyball court, a nicely wooded stream area that can be good for birding, picnic tables, and of course a big grassy area.
Since this is a park, at times there can be quite a few muggles.
