The main paths in Beecraigs are good, broad paths. However, some of the lesser-used paths can be very muddy at times. Please wear appropriate footwear as this wander takes you to some of the smaller pathways.
We have taken a minimum of three average readings on three different devices but please bear in mind as GPS accuracy can vary due to tree cover. Additionally mobile phone signal can be poor so if you use a smartphone for geocaching, it is advisable to save the caches offline. Public WiFi can be found in the Visitor Centre along with a cafe and public toilets.

The Cache: Oh, don't you just love a tree hide in the middle of a country park! Hopefully, this one will be easy but only if you don't go barking up the wrong tree. We struggled to get consistent coordinates here so an extra hint is to look for the tree which stands out due to it having more sprawling roots than the others.
