The main paths in Beecraigs are good, broad paths. However, some of the lesser-used paths can be very muddy at times. Please wear appropriate footwear as this wander takes you to some of the smaller pathways.
We have taken a minimum of three average readings on three different devices but please bear in mind accuracy can vary due to tree cover. Additionally mobile phone signal can be poor so if you use a smartphone for geocaching, it is advisable to save the caches offline. Public WiFi can be found in the Visitor Centre along with a cafe and public toilets.

The Cache: During our wander placing these caches, we were aware of filming taking place in the woods. When we arrived in this area we came across the film crew moving equipment from their base at the archery field into the woods. We busied ourselves finding a hiding spot amongst the graveyard of old stumps. Concentrate your search slightly further from the main graveyard
