Appearing in Batman comics, Crazy Quilt is one of Batman’s silliest foes. A former master thief, Crazy Quilt went insane after eye surgery left him only able to see bright colors. He now wears a wildly colored costume and a special helmet that flashes hypnotic light beams. Assuming the name "Crazy Quilt," he decided to go on a weird series of crimes involving bright colors. Crimes such as stealing art, or draining color from Gotham City such a bleaching flags. Sometimes he uses paintings or other art to leave clues.
