This Bird Observation Palapa is an excellent place to observe native birds, especially during the nesting season. Never disturb NATURAL nests and by all means, Obey all the signs.
This geocache is located at the Rockport Beach. There is a $10 fee to enter this area in your vehicle (in/out access for the day). You can park fairly close to the location. You may park at the entry to the Rockport Beach and walk into the area for FREE. The distance from the beach gate to this geocache is approximately 1 mile (1.6 km). Please note and follow the beach rules.
