Welcome to Copiague History and facts Geo-Art design as part of an Eagle Scout project by Troop 2000. The Eagle represents the Copiague schools’ mascot and the Eagle scout rank in scouting. This GeoArt is designed to bring attention to the beautiful hamlet of Copiague while learning history & trivia you might not have known existed around you. This Eagle project was done in conjunction with the Town of Babylon Beautification Program.

Johnny All Weather Drive in was the largest Drive-In movie theater in the country at the time. Open April 20th , 1957. One screen with a capacity for 2,500 cars, indoor seating for 1,200, rooftop viewing, cafeteria, outdoor concession, kids playground and a trolly train that took you all around named ‘Tally-Ho’.
