"An island is a natural expanse of land surrounded by water that remains uncovered at high tide", is the definition of an island given by the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea in 1982.
While Australia is a landmass, it is often referred to as an island. And not just any, because at 7,600,000 km², it is the largest island on this planet. If we disregard it, like some, then the largest island would be Greenland and then New Guinea, Borneo and Madagascar. For this challenge, we will consider Australia an island.
The cache is located at the published coordinates. To complete this challenge, you will need to have found 50 caches on one or more islands that are also countries or regions of a country recognized by geocaching.com which are islands in order to meet geocaching challenge cache guidelines. You may find this cache and sign the log at any time. If you are NOT qualified and FTF is still available, do not sign on the FTF line but write a Note log to record that you signed it.
