The cache is at the published coordinates. You may find this cache and sign the log at any time. If you are NOT qualified and FTF is still available, do not sign on the FTF line but write a Note log to record that you signed it.
Some days work seems so boring and the need to go find a cache is overwhelming. You say "I'm going to grab lunch" and later come back covered in dirt and twigs. We've all been there. This challenge celebrates the lunchtime players.
