Maak kennis met Maldegem en zijn deelgemeenten via deze geocachereeks. De reeks bestaat uit 5 eenvoudige caches + bonus.
In elke geocache vind je een cijfer die je moet noteren om de bonus te kunnen berekenen.

Middelburg: De trambedding

Vroeger passeerde hier de tramlijn die liep van Brugge naar Aardenburg. Er was een tramstation ter hoogte van de kasteelsite. Ook aan de overzijde van de kreek in Nederland zie je nog het oude tramstation staan.
Nu ligt hier suggestief een stukje van de oude trambedding.

Get to know Maldegem and it's sub-municipalities through this geocache series. The series consists of 5 simple geocaches and a bonus.

Middelburg: The trambed

The tramline from Bruges to Aardenburg used to pass by here. There was a tramstation near the castle site. On the other site of the creek in The Netherlands you can also see the old tram station.
Now they've recreated a little part of the old trambed.
