This cache is not located at the posted coordinates. Those will take you to the former location of Rocky Mount, Robert Havell, Jr's house in Ossining. Alas, the house was torn down in the 1990's (See the Mystery of the Rocky Mount Mural).
In addition to being the principal engraver of Audubon's Birds of America, Robert Havell, Jr. was a prominent member of a group of mid-19th century landscape painters known as the Hudson River School.
To get the coordinates for this cache, you will need to do the Hudson River School of Painting Adventure Lab and explore local sites where a number of these landscape paintings were created. The Adventure Lab has five virtual caches that can be done in any order. Collect the numbers for this bonus cache from the journal entries as you complete each stage of the AL.
