The Buskett Gardens (Italian: Boschetto) forming one of the few woodland areas in Malta, are located in the fertile valley of Wied il-Luq in Siġġiewi. The 30 ha site lies to the west of Siġġiewi (Città Ferdinand) and just east of Dingli. The Verdala Palace, an official residence of the President of Malta, stands on the edge of the Gardens. (Wiki)
This is a nice little tucked-away spot we found on a sunny Sunday afternoon, that we thought deserves a cache, along the many other caches that dot Buskett Gardens. For the optimum experience, pack a lunch, and a picnic blanket with you and enjoy the surrounding calm. The cache is named as such after the many branches that coil together with neighbouring trees, creating a tangle of bark and greenery.
Do not disturb the wall - cache is not hidden within it!
