There's nothing better than getting in a car and setting out to explore the country. Our family has been lucky enough to do a lot of that exploring... 47 states worth! The kids have been around for much of that, and have seen the wonders of the Corn Palace, Old Faithful, Abe Lincoln's houses, the Great Lakes, a gas station made of petrified wood, a grizzley bear, a solar eclipse, the World's Biggest Bison, a UFO Watchtower, and a giant gorilla holding a VW over its head (thanks Vermont).
So come visit our cache and get a little taste of America!
Cache IS at the posted coordinates. To get in - what year was the first national park created? The answer to that is the KEY to signing this cache.

Helpful details:
- Cache is located by the street in our yard, you can't miss it. Best parking is right next to the cache!
- If using Google Maps from the Interstate (probably 60 seconds from 295 to the cache, less time to get back on), it will tell you to make a left from Route 30 onto the street the cache is on. This isn't actually possible, you have to take the jughandle around the convience store. For those of you from parts of the country that don't have jughandles, this means go through the light, make a RIGHT turn after the convience store/gas station, follow the drive all the way around the back of the convience store until you reach the traffic light, then go straight onto our street. In New Jersey, we turn right to go left, it's how it is.
- Plenty of room for travel bugs - trades appreciated but certainly not required!
- If planning on grabbing this one after dark, please give the CO a heads up! Grabbing after dark when we have an event at the house is always okay.
