This cache is hidden along a new trail in Calais that has over 2.5 miles of hiking, including some substantial climbs and descents, ridgeline traverses to lovely views over North Montpelier Pond and the stream that feeds it from the north. Some areas of logging, but given a few years, new growth should make even those drawbacks a wholly lovely place to wander through.
