SLAGA Spring Picnic - Saturday, April 17th, 2021
After the year we had in 2020, it's time to get back into the swing of things. This event will be a bit more laid back & informal than spring picnics of years past (if any of us can even remember that far back by now). We will meet at 9 Mile Garden, located at 9375 Gravois Rd, Affton, MO 63123. In case you haven't heard, this is St. Louis' first food truck garden which opened last summer.
No outside food or drink is allowed. Lunch service on Saturdays runs from 11 AM until 2 PM. The list of scheduled trucks for the week is posted on their Facebook page and I'll be sure to make an announcement when the schedule for the 17th is announced. Drinks are available for purchase from The Canteen if you so choose. No purchase is necessary to attend.
The 20 Year Geocaching aniversary geocoins will also be available for purchase & pickup. If you would like to see pictures of the coin and pre-pay be sure to check out the listing on the SLAGA website shop for additional information.
At 1 PM we will hand out milestone awards, the list has been building and I know there are a bunch of you eagerly awaiting your awards. Also, officer nominations will officially open at this time.
