For some odd reason, the property owners seem to keep some of this land mowed and looking attractive, and other parts, not so much. Do you have any ideas about that? I certainly don't. In some areas it even seems they made extra effort, but then gave up. Hmm. Could that be the case at this location?
Someone once asked me why I often use the "Special Tool Requried" attribute. The reason is simple and three-fold: 1. everyone seems to have and use a location-finding device, but 2. they far too often mysteriously don't have a pen, pencil, crayon, lipstick, charcoal, pin to prick their finger..., and 3. I usually use waterproof paper, which can be difficult to remove from (especially micro) containers. My best caching buddy has seen me use my finger nail clippers as the BEST universal tool. It can snag a log sheet, then grip it to remove it, can cut fishing line, open boxes, open zip-ties if they need to be reused, and even used to cut a diamond shape in the log sheet if we've lost our pen (in 9 years that's only happened twice).
