Paso Robles is home to a tightly knit community of craft wineries. Every vintage requires long hours of walking vineyard rows, supervising harvests, crushing grapes, working punch downs, fermentations, blending, cellaring, and bottling their “babies”. As one winemaker says “..it’s many hours with purple hands and wet boots” and at the same time, incredibly rewarding to see appreciative wine enthusiasts experiencing the excitement and joy of a finely crafted wine.
