What is a difficulty rating? To some, a low rated difficulty can be rather tough. And to others, a high rated difficulty can be rather easy. I guess it just depends on who you are and what geocaches you've experienced in your adventures thus far. When hiding, I find setting the "correct" difficulty rating to be my biggest challenge. What I think would be hard may not be that hard for others. So you'll find this one rated right in the middle - where the difficulty is up to you! Let me know how this one rates up in terms of difficulty from your own experiences!
This cache is my own rendition of a type of hide that I personally have found to be the most challenging to find when they're done well. With sharp geosenses, they can be easily found within minutes. Or you can (from personal experience) get side-tracked looking for something different and end up logging a DNF wondering what you missed. I suspect that by hiding one for myself, my own geosenses will be tuned to better locate this specific type of cache in the future. I hope you like my personal twist on the idea.
