(V tvare hraníc Slovenskej republiky s vyznačením Hlohovca, odhalená v roku 1993 na Námestí sv. Michala, po poškodení premiestnená a osadená pred budovou bývalého Okresného úradu v Hlohovci)

Behind the linden tree is a memorial plaque of the Sovereign Slovak Republic (In the shape of the borders of the Slovak Republic with the designation Hlohovec, unveiled in 1993 on St. Michael's Square, relocated after damage and installed in front of the building of the former District Office in Hlohovec)
