Welcome to Franklin city's trailhead for the Samual Justus Recreational Trail. After parking, make your way over to the stone with the plaque that marks the dedication to James E. Holden. Holden was a vital piece to the creation of this trail. Though ones life cannot be adequatly summed up within one bronze plaque, this marker aims to honor one of the accomplishments among the many that he was apart of helping to create.
