This cache is located in the Paddy Troy Mall, within the heart of Fremantle.
Paddy Troy was a well known communist in Western Australia. He was born in South Melbourne in 1908 and moved to Fremantle during World War I. Troy was jailed during 1940 following the banning of the Communist Party.
