Wenxin Forest Park is located in the rezoned area of Phase 7, Wenxin Road, Nantun District, Taichung City, Taiwan. It covers an area of 8.88 hectares. There is a large-scale performance outdoor ring-shaped theater-the perfect outdoor theater, the largest in Taiwan and can accommodate about 15,000 spectators. Every year, related arts and cultural activities planned by the Taichung City Government are held here, such as: Central Taiwan Lantern Festival, Taichung Children’s Festival, Taichung Traditional Arts Festival, Rock and Roll Taichung Orchestra Festival, etc. The famous American pop music queen Lady Gaga was also invited Come here to perform.
Since its opening on August 5, 2006, it has continued to handle various arts and cultural activities and has become one of the main cultural and leisure complex public spaces in Taichung City.
In the maze of Wenxin Forest Park, there are bamboo tubes and wooden beads designed to stimulate the sense of touch and hearing as the main axis of Wenxin Forest Park’s name echoes the name of Wenxin’s "Forest" Park. There are also skating plazas, retractable wooden stakes, culvert tunnels, and flips. Color blocks, disc-shaped swings, shaking cups, high and low stakes, sound boxes, shaking cups, standing shaking equipment... etc. Although the hinterland of the 12-sensory playground is small, there are a lot of ingenuity hidden in the facilities , Taking into account the senses, physical fitness, and intellectual stimulation. 文心森林公園位於臺灣臺中市南屯區文心路七期重劃區內，佔地8.88公頃，園內有一座全台最大，可容納約15000名觀眾的大型表演戶外環型劇場－圓滿戶外劇場，每年都會在此舉辦由台中市政府規劃的相關藝文活動，如：中臺灣元宵燈會、台中兒童節、台中傳統藝術節、搖滾台中樂團節等，知名美國流行音樂天后Lady Gaga也曾受邀到此演出。
自2006年8月5日啟用至今，一直持續辦理各類藝文活動，成為臺中市主要的文化休閒複合公共空間之一。
文心森林公園的迷宮內還有竹筒、木珠設計，邊闖關邊刺激觸覺、聽覺以自然為主軸呼應文心「森林」公園的名字，還有溜冰廣場區、伸縮木樁、涵管隧道 、翻轉色塊、盤型鞦韆、搖搖杯、高低木樁、集聲箱、搖搖杯、站立搖動設備..等等, 12感官遊戲場雖然腹地不大，但在設施裡頭藏了不少巧思，兼顧感官、體能、智力刺激，除了最新的12感官遊戲設施，公園有大草皮也很適合野餐
