The cache is not at the co-ordinates, but a short walk away. You are looking for a small magnetic tube.
The co-ordinates will place you near what used to the entrance to Frontierland, an amusement park that closed some time ago. More recently, the pub forming the last part of the park was also demolished amid promises of a retail park being built on the land.
That retail park never arrived, and the site has been boarded up since. Locals are very upset about the lack of use such a large seafront space is getting, and how unattractive the boards securing the site are.
Around the beginning of 2021, some local artists began to attach their art to the boards to brighten up the area, without the permission of the site owner. One board became two, became more. At the time of publication, there were six boards here, hopefully when you visit there will be further boards. The answers you need to find the cache can be found on these boards.
