During the Cold War, it was common to have nuclear fallout bunkers available for the people of the town in case of an emergency. During the early 1960’s, the Town of Babylon had 65 of these bunkers in place. During maintenance of one of Copiague’s schools one of these bunkers was found behind a wall of cement blocks. In what year and school was this old bunker found?
