We often walk along the trails and levee of the Putah Creek Riparian Reserve and have many cache placements along the route. Recently a squirrel moved into one of our hide locations and rather than have you stick your hand in and encounter an angry mother squirrel we’ve archived that cache.
On the day we took our walk, of which this placement was to be the featured activity, we spotted this peacock …
… walking west near the fence on the north side of the levee trail.
The reserve is open from sunrise to sunset.
