The coordinates bring you to the entrance of the park, the above sign is to your left, and there is a Park Rules sign to the right. On the "Welcome to the Park" sign there are nine general rules, and under each section there is one or more references to the applicable sections. Take note of the section numbers for Playing, Breathing and Free.
Let:
the section on Playing be ABC
the section on Breathing be DEF
and the section on Free be GHJ
To get the final coordinates,
subtract C from the decimal minutes of initial coordinates of Latitude and
add G+J+F to the decimal minutes of Longitude
The checksum of both decimal portions is 36
