Wallace was originally voiced by veteran actor Peter Sallis and later by Ben Whitehead. Gromit is largely silent, instead communicating only through means of facial expressions and body language. Peter John Sallis was an English actor known for his work on British television. Peter John Sallis was born on the date Ast February BCDE.
