Tobiyama Castle was built in late 13 century by Haga clan and exist until late 16 century for about 300 years. City of Utsunomiya is maintaining this site as ruin park and build some replica buildings also the museum.
Park is close on Monday, the next day of holdays (except Saturday and Sunday) and December 28 through January 4.
