The main paths in Beecraigs are good, broad paths. However, some of the lesser-used paths can be very muddy at times. Please wear appropriate footwear as this wander takes you to some of the smaller pathways.
We have taken a minimum of three average readings on three different devices but please bear in mind accuracy can vary due to tree cover. Additionally mobile phone signal can be poor so if you use a smartphone for geocaching, it is advisable to save the caches offline. Public WiFi can be found in the Visitor Centre along with a cafe and public toilets.
More information about the park and car park opening times can be found here on the website.
Many thanks to the Ranger Service for permission to place this geocache and for their support of our hobby.
The Cache: Along one of the quieter paths in the park. It can get a bit wet and boggy along this route but there are many mini boardwalks to help you along the way. The cache is just off the path in an obvious place.
