Szlak Gryfitów
Dawno temu, na ziemiach otaczających Bałtyk, przez ponad pół tysiąca lat panowała dynastia Gryfitów. Ich symbol - gryf - mityczne zwierzę o ciele lwa, głowie, szponach i skrzydłach orła do dziś jest symbolem Pomorza. Szlak Gryfitów pozwoli Wam poznać miejsca związane z panowaniem tej dynastii.
Opis zabytku
Kościół pod wezwaniem Wniebowzięcia Najświętszej Maryi Panny w Sławnie jest największa budowlą w mieście. Został ufundowany w latach 1326-1364 przez księżną Zofię – żonę Branima IV (książę wołogosko-rugijski z dynastii Gryfitów). Perłą był ołtarz renesansowy, który nie przetrwał okresu II wojny światowej. Od XVI wieku kościół był świątynią protestancką i wrócił w ręce katolików po II wojnie światowej. Po wejściu wojsk radzieckich do Sławna, 7 marca 1945 roku, kościół został zniszczony. Zakon franciszkanów sprawujący opiekę nad świątynią rozpoczął jego odbudowę, która trwała do końca lat 50. XX wieku.
Opis skrytki
Aby odnaleźć skrzynię stań w miejscu gdzie wskazują koordynaty i spójrz na stojący obok pomnik kardynała Wyszyńskiego. Spójrz na środkową tablicę i zapamiętaj lub zapisz sobie ostatni znak, czyli cyfrę w najniższym wierszu tej tablicy. To pierwsza cyfra potrzebna do otwarcia skrzyni. Po kolejną musisz udać się na azymut 322 (w linii prostej około 120m) i przejść przez jeden z 4 łuków. Wysoko na jednej ze ścian znajdziesz płaskorzeźbę, policz postaci – ich ilość to druga cyfra. Teraz wyjdź z budynku jednym z trzech łuków skierowanych na wschód i skręć na północ. Przejdź około 120 m za kolejny łuk. Znajdziesz się na moście nad rzeką, odwróć się i spójrz na północną ścianę zabytkowej bramy i policz na niej okienka – to trzecia cyfra. Idąc dalej, na skrzyżowaniu koło wejścia do parku, skieruj się na zachód. Idź prosto około 340m, gdy dojdziesz do skrzyżowania ulic przejdź przez pasy i skieruj się na południe, gdy tylko przejdziesz pod drogowskazem, a chodnik mocno się poszerzy spójrz w prawo, tuż za pojedynczym, grafitowym płotkiem jest Twój cel, rośnie na nim podejrzana roślina. Możesz przejść pod kolejnym łukiem, lub po prostu koło płotka. Ustaw na kłódce 3 zdobyte po drodze cyfry, aby otworzyć wieko i front skrzyni. Nie martw się domownikami, to dom właściciela skrytki, kamera wypatruje nieproszonych gości, a nie geocacherów ;) Gratuluje dotarcia do celu! Dla dwóch pierwszych znalazców są kubki, dla trzech pierwszych znalazców geocoiny (odpowiednio: FTF, STF i TTF), dla każdego pamiątkowe drewniaczki i kartki z miejscem na odbicie pieczątki (której proszę nie zabierać, jest ona nieodłączną częścią skrytki).
The Griffin Trail - Sławno
A long time ago, the Griffin Dynasty ruled the land surrounding the Baltic Sea for over five hundred years. Their symbol - the griffin, a mystical creature with the body of a lion, and the head, claws and wings of an eagle has been the symbol of Pomerania ever since. The Griffin Dynasty Route will allow us to get to know the places related to the rule of the dynasty.
Description of the heritage site
The Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Sławno is the largest building in town. It was founded between 1326 and 1364 by Duchess Sophie, wife of Branim IV (Duke of Pomerania-Wolgast-Rügen from the Griffin Dynasty). The gem of the church was a Renaissance altar, which did not survive the World War II period. Since the 16th century, the church had been a Protestant place of worship, and was returned to Catholics after World War II. The church was destroyed on 7 March 1945, after the Soviet army entered Sławno. The Franciscan order which takes care of the church, began its reconstruction which lasted until late 1950s.
Cache description
To find the cache, stand in the place marked by the coordinates, and look at the Cardinal Wyszyński’s Monument standing nearby. Look at the central plaque and remember or write down the last character, a digit in the lowest line on the plaque. This is the first digit necessary to open the cache. To get the next digit, you must choose azimuth 322 (approx. 120 metres in a straight line) and go through one of the 4 arches. High up on one of the walls, you will find a low relief - count the number of figures, and this will be your second digit. No go out of the building through one of the three arches facing east, and turn north. Walk about 120 metres past the next arch. You will reach a bridge over a river. Turn around and look on the northern wall of the historic gate, and count the windows - this is your third digit. Moving forward, turn west at the junctions next to the entrance to the park. Go straight ahead for about 340 metres, to the junction of streets, go through the pedestrian crossing, and head south. After you go under the signpost, and the pavement becomes noticeably wider, look right, and your target is right behind the single graphite-coloured fence, where a suspicious plant grows. You can go under the next arch, or simply next to the fence. Set the 3 digits you obtained on the way on the padlock to open the lid and the front of the cache. Don't worry about the household members, it is the house of the cache's owner, and the camera keeps a lookout on unwanted guests, not geocaching fans ;) Congratulations, you have reached your destination! There are mugs for the first two finders, and geocoins for the first three finders (respectively: FTF, STF and TTF), souvenir wooden coins for everyone and sheets of paper to place a stamp on, and please don't take the stamp with you, it is an inseparable part of the cache.

Ihr Symbol - der Greif - ein Fabeltier mit dem Körper eines Löwen, Kopf, Klauen und Flügeln eines Adlers ist bis heute das Symbol Pommerns. Die Greifenroute ermöglicht es Ihnen, die mit der Herrschaft dieser Dynastie verbundenen Orte kennen zu lernen.
Beschreibung der Sehenswürdigkeit
Kirche der Himmelfahrt der Jungfrau Maria in Sławno ist das größte Bauwerk in der Stadt. Sie wurde in den Jahren 1326-1364 von der Herzogin Sophia, Gemahlin des Herzogs Barnim IV. (Herzog von Pommern-Wolgast-Rügen aus der Dynastie der Greifen). Das Glanzstück war der Renaissance-Altar, der den Zweiten Weltkrieg nicht überstand. Ab dem 16. Jahrhundert war die Kirche ein protestantisches Gotteshaus und nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg kehrte sie zu den Katholiken zurück. Nachdem die sowjetische Armee am 7. März 1945 in Sławno einmarschierte, wurde die Kirche zerstört. Der Franziskanerorden, der sich um das Gotteshaus kümmerte, begann mit dem Wiederaufbau, der bis Ende der 1950er Jahre dauerte.
Beschreibung vom Geocache
Um den Geocache zu finden, stellen Sie sich an die Stelle, auf die die Koordinaten hinweisen, und schauen Sie auf das danebenstehende Denkmal von Kardinal Wyszyński. Schauen Sie auf die mittlere Tafel und merken oder notieren Sie sich das letzte Zeichen, d.h. die Ziffer in der untersten Zeile dieser Tafel. Dies ist die erste Ziffer, die Sie zum Öffnen des Behälters benötigen. Für die nächste müssen Sie nach dem Kurswinkel 322 gehen (in einer geraden Linie ca. 120m) und durch einen von 4 Bögen gehen. Hoch an einer der Wände finden Sie ein Flachrelief, zählen Sie die Figuren - ihre Anzahl ist die zweite Ziffer. Verlassen Sie nun das Gebäude durch einen der drei Bögen in Richtung Osten und wenden Sie sich nach Norden. Gehen Sie ca. 120m hinter den nächsten Bogen. Sie kommen auf eine Brücke über den Fluss, drehen sich um und schauen auf die nördliche Wand des historischen Tores und zählen die Fenster daran - das ist die dritte Ziffer. Gehen Sie weiter, an der Kreuzung in der Nähe des Parkeingangs biegen Sie nach Westen ab. Gehen Sie ca. 340 m geradeaus, wenn Sie eine Kreuzung erreichen, gehen Sie über den Fußgängerüberweg in Richtung Süden, sobald Sie unter einem Wegweiser hindurchgehen und der Gehweg sich deutlich breiter wird, schauen Sie nach rechts, gleich hinter einem einzelnen graphitfarbenen Zaun ist Ihr Ziel, daran wächst eine seltsame Pflanze. Sie können unter dem nächsten Bogen oder gleich an dem Zaun hindurchgehen. Stellen Sie die 3 Ziffern, die Sie auf dem Weg erlangt haben, am Schoss ein, um den Deckel und die Vorderseite des Behälters zu öffnen. Keine Angst vor den Bewohnern, es ist das Haus des Cache-Besitzers, die Kamera hält Ausschau nach ungeladenen Gästen, nicht nach Geocachern ;) Herzlichen Glückwunsch zur Erreichung Ihres Ziels!
