The junior members of Finderhan & KSRoberge have worked hard prepare a multicache for their Beavers Colony to enjoy. They worked together to chose the locations, design their containers, and (in case you didn't guess -) to name the cache. They're planning to spread the joy of Geocaching to the other Beavers Scouts in their colony by leading them on this multi-cache, and hopefully earning their Leadership badges along the way.
There are 3 stages, all within a short walk in this pretty little forest next to the Mamquam River. These trails are popular with walkers, joggers, bikers, so be stealthy when retreiving the caches. In the summer watch out for stinging nettle. In spawning season make sure to stay out of the water & keep your eye out for bears.
How did it get this cheeky name? The maternal members of Finderhan & KSRoberge were out with the jr members who could not decide on a name for the cache. One thing they could agree on: they didn't like any of the names their mothers were suggesting, resulting in choruses of "I said NO, mommy!" When we jokingly said that should be the name... well, it stuck!
