This cache was originally placed for the 2021 Cache Across Maryland (CAM) picnic. You can reach it from either of the two trailhead waypoints, or from the Pickall Area pavilions. I don't recommend bushwhacking directly from the pavillions, though it may be possible - the approach is easier if you stay on trails until you are within about 100'. A trail map will be helpful.
