This is a Challenge cache. You will need to qualify before you can log a find.
For this Challenge you will need to have found at least 12 cache types (icons) in at least 12 different US states... in diminishing quantities.
I hear you saying "WHAT!?!?! That's Demented" So I'll give an example below. 
The below is a sample output to clarify what would qualify. Yours may look different, e.g. you might have 11 Earthcaches in 11 states but only 10 Virtuals in 10 states so the 2nd and 3rd lines would be swapped. The checker will point out if you don't qualify.
- Find at least 12 Traditional caches in at least 12 states
- Find at least 11 Virtual caches in at least 11 states
- Find at least 10 Earthcaches in at least 10 states
- Find at least 9 Multi-caches in at least 9 states
- Find at least 8 Mystery caches in at least 8 states
- Attend at least 7 Event caches in at least 7 states
- Find at least 6 Letterbox caches in at least 6 states
- Find at least 5 Wherigo caches in at least 5 states
- Find at least 4 Webcam caches in at least 4 states
- Attend at least 3 Mega events in at least 3 states
- Attend at least 2 CITO events in at least 2 states
- Attend/find at least 1 GIGA, APE, HQ, Locationless, Lost & Found, Block Party, or GPS Adventure in 1 state
To clarify, you can have found more than 10 earthcaches in more than 10 US states etc. You don't have to have the exact number. But at least that many.
Your qualifiers do not have to be exactly like the example given and likely may vary. As long as you use at least 12 different cache types.
If you have not met the requirements of this challenge, you may visit the cache, sign the log book and post a note on this page. When you have met the requirements of the challenge, you may then post a "Found It" log without having to revisit the cache.
Give the Checker a try. It will notify you if you qualify or not. And it will also notify you how far you are away from qualifying.
Please post the results that the checker gives you as proof of meeting this challenge.
