To get to all the beautiful views...you will need to climb the "Stairway to Heaven". Be careful and enjoy the views. The hike to this point is 6.5 miles round trip.
If you plan on going beyond this point, bring at least 3 litres of water for temperatures below 80 degrees. It it much hotter than that, consider coming on a cooler day or bring at least 5 liters of water.
Primitive camping is permited 1/4 mile from parking.
