Geocache Description:

Short walk along lake side through valley of cane and beyond.

Park @ posted coordinates. Park is CLOSED 9pm - 7am. There is to be NO fishing, NO swimming, and NO motorized vehicles on trail.

Small camo ammo container located @ N37° 20.717', W079° 31.994'. Just follow the trail, and your GPSr.

On your way out, drive by the Elks National Home (A Retirement Community). Truly beautiful place located on Ashland. Leave to your left on Lake, turn left at first intersection. Can't miss it. Would be a great place for a geocache....

Cache placed in support of Peaks of Otter Breakfast Event Cache (10/12/2002).
