Geocache Description:

Berlin, the capital city of Germany is a fascinating place to explore. There are so many interesting and famous locations like the Brandenburg Gate and Checkpoint Charlie. As well as them, there are many less famous and unusual things to be found.

In 2019, NannyNoo had a weekend in Berlin. Some photographs from this visit, the places visited, and items discovered have been uploaded to this listing.

Click on the image below of the Brandenburg Gate to go to a panoramic view of the city. You will need to scroll the image up and down, left and right, as well as zoom in and out to find all ten answers.

Here are the items to be found….

1. A GIRAFFE. Yes, there is a giraffe and it’s not in a zoo!
What 2-digit number is on the sunflowers on its head?

2. A WATERING CAN. Not the white one, but a yellow one.
Above what ‘Place’ is the yellow watering can?

3. A TRABANT. There are quite a few, but only one is yellow with a red bonnet.
How much are Crepes to the left? (Just the 3 digits required)

4. THE BERLIN WALL. Plenty of the wall is still standing, but you need to locate three panels that have 16 coloured squares on them.
What is the large three letter word on the 2nd square down in the 2nd column?

5. A BALLOON. Not one held by a child on a string, but one of the globe.
What number is just above the North Pole?

6. GRAFFITI. There is lots of Graffiti in the city, especially on the remains of the wall, but you need to find some with about 12 large white letters and one red letter.
Which letter of the alphabet is in red?

7. A PURPLE DRESS. That is held together with safety pins.
How many children are playing immediately to the left of the dress?

8. AN AEROPLANE. An old one with twin propellers. It looks as if it’s about to hit a building with three red dots on it.
What are the last 3 letters of the 9 letter word on the building starting with BERLIN?

9. A SIGHTSEEING BUS. One of the best ways to see the city is from an open top bus.
How many Starts + Stops are there on the tour?

10. AND FINALLY
Who is located between RAFFAEL and VISCHER (7 letters)
