This is a traditional geocache - all you need to do is find the container and sign the log. Bish Bosh DONE.
If you want an extra little spot of fun, there is a traffic camera that points right at ground zero. It is within the public domain and if you want to get a photo of yourself on the traffic camera website everyone including geocachers have permission. Better still, you can add the photo when you log this geocache. Of the three angles this traffic camera location includes, you want the Monte Vista NORTH view. the chainlink fence obstructs you from the camera a bit but you can stand at the waypoint down the Marshall Racine trail for a clearer photo.

Be cautioned though, it is a rather pesky, irritating traffic camera. I have studied it for a few weeks and the schedule is truly random, taking a photo every 15-35 minutes and then a further 5 or so minutes to upload it onto the website. I stood in place for about 25 minutes, refreshing the website on my phone every 5 minutes or so when I bagged this screenshot.

And here is the same image zoomed in:

I was wearing a bright union jack hoodie and it is still a bit fuzzy. This is truly a challenging webcam to work with so have some emails on your phone you need to get through to burn some time. Here is the link: https://lb.511.idaho.gov/idlb/cameras/camera.jsf?id=55
