The Narrow Gauge Railroad transported passengers and freight between Saco and Bridgton from 1881 through 1941. Although the tracks have been removed, the trail remains clear. Although one may be able to drive down the dirt road during summer months, I would encourage you to take the one mile walk (2 miles total) down to the cache until you reach a huge sand pit on the left. The road is straight, no need to make any turns. The terrain is firm and flat.
