Lunawanna was quite a busy township with farming and logging. The Lunawanna Memorial Hall was built to honour the men of Lunawanna who fought in the 1914 -1918 Great War and was built in 1919.The Hall is still much loved and used by the local community for Markets, Jamboree and Events.
