Heart of the Country is our home, Longleaf Pine preserve, and hobby farm. This cache is an intentional park-n-grab near the road so that you can focus on the beauty of a cared-for Longleaf Pine forest while enjoying our livestock (Hercules the donkey, Eunice the pony, Frank and Ernie, our goats, Fred and Ethel, our ducks, and a few dozen chickens.
Please do not enter the livestock enclosure, and be aware that the top wire is electrified!
The geocache container is a Sterilite® watertight plastic container, 3.5 cups (0.8 liters) in volume, approximately 7” x 5” x 3” in size.
