In summer of 2019, our lady Bella Rosa adopted a puppy. She chose Gus-Gus, a little Mexican street rescue, and they were besties from the start. Shortly thereafter, she was diagnosed with breast cancer, and had surgery. But, Gus2 needed a touch of fixing, too. This picture is the two of them, enjoying the summer sun and flowers.
Bella's cancer returned in the Fall, and we buried her on Christmas Eve. Our hearts will forever miss her. But, Gus-Gus learned so much from her, and is our caching dog psychopuppy #4.
