Cache is located to the side of a track that wanders along the edge of the water. At some tides the track can be quite muddy.
Park at the northern end of the carpark (S43 32.957, E172 42.266) and follow the track for approximately 200 metres. The coordinates given are for the markers that suggest the name for this cache site. The cache itself is very close to both of the markers. If you line up the markers and look across the water you can see the site of the now archived Cob Cache! If you look the other way you are looking towards the cache - only much closer!
