This is a tribute cache to Pat McGinnis (1942 -2020) , a long time Whidbey Island resident, retired navy jet mechanic, and ultra sound technician.
Pat and his wife, Linda, had a combined interest and love of horses and dogs.
The couple has been known for raising and showing some of the top minature horses in the world.
Pat died unexpectedly at his home on January 10, 2020.
