The cache is a lock-n-lock container hidden under a boulder on a small hill near the road. A pile of rocks shown in the photo marked the spot next to the hide. Our original measured coordinates were N28 9.387 E86 50.891. I've updated the coordinates above to those posted by Chris Kletterlemmi, the FTF after 2.5 years! I've learned that Kletterlemmi died on July 16, 2005 in a climbing accident on the mountain Dent D'Herens (4171m) in Italy, 4 days before he reached his 32-nd birthday.

An alternate box for dropping trackables and visitors without climbing permits had been placed at N 28° 11.420 E 086° 49.828, but has been removed due to security issues. (see 4-13-2026 log by die spitzenbeamten)
If a future visitor has a better alternate stash location for trackables, let me know.
